I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with a wide array of concerns.
My approach is collaborative, warm and supportive with the aim to improve the quality of life of my patients. I believe therapy works best when there is a good fit and treatment is tailored to an individual's needs. My clinical approach can best be described as integrative, drawing upon a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and acceptance and commitment based interventions.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, divorce adjustment, grief and loss and women's issues.
